We aggregate public sources: MediaRadar for advertising spend, FDA OpenFDA for approval and safety records, ClinicalTrials.gov for efficacy results, and SEC filings for manufacturer disclosures. Every displayed figure links back to its source.

The score combines clinical trial efficacy (40%), patient outcomes (25%), FDA approval status (20%), and safety profile (15%). The weights are fixed and published in section 05, and advertising spend never enters the calculation.
Yes, free for patients with no credit card and no trial clock. We earn a disclosed referral commission when users choose to fill a prescription through a telehealth partner. Manufacturers cannot pay us, sponsor us, or affect a score.
